   Optimism pushes man toward giving and working, and inherits tranquility, calmness, heart comfort and calm nerves in the most difficult situations, because he is the happiest and best of people, because he is the cause of goodness.

     Optimism is the distance from frustration, pessimism, destructive, negative thinking, frustrating.

     God Almighty said in the Qur’an:

  And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

 May God forbid you with illness and your health worsens, so you fear, worry, and grieve, and narrow yourself and despair to your soul, so that you do not find a helper or sick person, and you cannot afford the cost of treatment, and your head cracks thinking about the horror of what happened to you, and curses the time and the age and the country and all that you know, and narrow the horizon before you And the curtain fell, the darkness came, and the hands of invocation and relief stopped, perhaps beneficial harmful, the bodies shouted by the ills and the Lord of grant in the fold of distress.

  On the authority of Abdullah ibn Abi Qatada, on the authority of his father, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said:

“Do not abuse the age, for God is the age.”

 You may lose a dear or close brother, a dear brother or a merciful neighbor.

  You may lose a prestigious position and a stylized chair or come face down.

   If you do, trust God and be pleased with him. He who reveals the scourge is God

   By God, none of you but God is one of you, God is in all of you God

   Do not be pessimistic and live optimistic

 It is possible for you to live in a country or a country that you are alien to, and alien to you, for poverty is extreme, corruption, bribery, hateful politicians, arrogant, dirty cities, ignorance, decadence, favoritism, and neglect (this is the case of Arab countries).

 He said: Yes, O Messenger of God. He said :

 Say if you become and if I am the O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief and I seek refuge in You from disability and laziness and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and miserliness, and I seek refuge in You from the predominance of religion and conquer men.

 He said, and I did so, so God Almighty went and defeated Him, and He paid off my debt.

      Nevertheless we believe that in tribulations there are grants, and that victory is with patience, and that with hardness facilitates, and optimist reads events and feels good and sees the light of hope through clouds, then everything may turn against you and God remains with you, so be with God everything is with you Every hardship, if you seek help from God, is easy and easy.

      With optimism, we rejoice in the future and look positively on everything, with a dreamy and steadfast will towards a better, peaceful and quiet life, which God is soaked in his light and ability.

  Don't be weak and sad

     As God guided Muslims with weakness and sorrow, God Almighty said to the Prophet’s companions:

Who among us does not know these wonderful verses:

        Croaking of our time and the defect in us*** and our time to defect but us

And the wolf does not eat the flesh of the wolf *** and eats one another visibly

On the authority of the two sheikhs, on the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said:

There is no infection or bird, and I like the omen. They said: What is the omen? He said: a good word.

Ali al-Harawi, may God have mercy on him, said: Meaning not infection: denying what they were saying that the disease is infectious in nature, not by his glory.

The optimist is the beloved and guardian of God because he improves the belief in God and relies on him, and that is from faith, and the rational person takes advantage of the free divine gifts, so it does not cost you anything, so seize the opportunity and do not let it be lost, and optimism, may God make you from every distress a way out and from every hardship easy, and stick to life For what God created for you .. You .. to enjoy both and live together a good and decent life, forgive, be patient, do not be angry, do not tamper with the granting of God, and close the door in front of thieves, dreams, worshipers, flying and pessimism.
